OCP Group Increases Its Stake in GlobalFeed to 75%
The OCP Group has acquired an additional 25% of the capital of GlobalFeed, which it had already acquired in May 2023, bringing its total stake to 75%, while Fertinagro Biotech retains the other 25%.
GlobalFeed offers a wide range of products dedicated to animal nutrition, including high-value-added phosphate-based feed.
